| We require a valid permit to drive in Spain (among others those issued by a European country, a Internation Driving Licence or regular British driving licence (postBrexit: you can drive in Spain with your regular paper or plastic driving licence + Passport), with an antiquity of at least 1 year for motorbike driving licences (categories A1, A2 and A) or 3 years for permits category B (cars). |

Includes Third-Party liability coverage and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW means the scooter rental company waives the right to collect a high deductible from you if the scooter is damaged). |

First 100€ of damages to the scooter will be on your account. To ensure collection in case of scooter damages at pickup we require a 100€ deposit in cash or card. We refund it if there aren't damages. If it's another vehicle's fault it will be its insurance to respond. |

| Driver or passenger injury
Driver and passenger aren't insured in case of self injury. If it's another vehicle's fault it will be its insurance to respond. |

Prices include third party insurance.
Damages over 100€ caused accidentally to the scooter are covered, you respond of the first 100€ in damages and that's why we require a 100€ deposit.
Theft of the vehicle.
Driver and passangers aren't covered.
